Silly Bee's Chickadees Café and Té Reviews & Swatches

I have a super exciting new line to share today from Silly Bee's Chickadees called The Beverage Cart line. This line is made up of 5 polishes: 4 polishes are jellies (Café, Crema, Té and Leche) that can be used as base colors for glitters, to make "jelly sandwich" manicures with or to change up current polish colors. 1 polish is a frosty micro glitter (Azucar) to be used as a top glitter or to sandwich in between other colors. I have 2 colors to show off today Café and Té! :)
Yeah these bottles got a bit of use before their glamour shot. ;)

Café is a dark brown jelly with a hint of copper shimmer. In this photo I have 1 coat on my index nail, 2 coats on my middle nail and 3 coats on my ring and pinky nails with no top coat. The color is much more a chocolate color, instead of say, a cola color like my camera wanted to pick up. The shimmer is very subtle and hard to capture as well.
If you are light handed like myself Café can be a bit streaky on it's on in one coat, but evens out nicely in 2 coats. Other than that, formula was trouble free and dried quickly. Like I mentioned at the beginning of this post these polishes have a variety of manicures that you can do with them, including layering them to sandwhich other glitters between. Here I used 3 coats of Café, 1 coat of Azucar and one additional coat of Café with no top coat.
Té is a light tan jelly. To show this color on it's own, I again did 1 coat on my index nail, 2 coats on my middle nail and 3 coats on my ring and pinky nails with no top coat.
In one coat, my nails definitely look like I soaked them in tea for a bit! :P Formula was problem free and it's a really unique color on it's own. This photo is 3 coats of Té, 1 coat of Azucar and 1 coat of Té with no top coat.

The Beverage Cart collection will be for sale on February 18th and sell for $5.50 a bottle (a steal if you ask me!) in Silly Bee's Chickadees' Esty store here. Make sure to follow Silly Bee's Chickadees on Facebook here and check out Melissa's cute and crafty blog here!

These products were sent for review, all opinions are my own.
