Zoya Bubbly Collection Reviews & Swatches

Back again today! I was super excited to get this collection in because I've been drooling over it ever since Zoya sent out press release information. So I hopped, well as much as I can "hop" with my little one running around ;), to swatching as soon as the FedEx man dropped them off. :) Depending on how to my little one acts, I will try to have the Tickled Collection done tonight as well.

I will say now, that I did a little thicker coats with each of these than I normally do. Normally I am an avid thin-coater, but since these have jelly bases I did a little thicker than normal coats because I knew that would help with coverage in less coats. If you use thin coats I would add 1-2 coats for a few of these, especially the lighter base colored ones. Even with thicker coats (I would say my thick coat is someone else's normal coat) they still dried really quickly. :)

Zoya Bubbly Collection
Zoya Alma Swatch
Alma is described as a warm golden peach metallic featuring the exclusive liquid-metal holographic jelly formula. All nails are 3 coats with top coat.
Zoya Alma Swatch
The base color of Alma shows up more gold on my skin tone than anything, even though it looks like it has a tad bit of orange to it in the bottle. I know it would look so much better on you ladies with a darker skin tone! ;)

Zoya Binx Swatch
Binx has a orchid purple jelly base with gold metallic shimmer and iridescent holographic glitters. Shown is 2 coats with top coat.
Zoya Binx Swatch
Zoya knocked it out of the park with this one! Binx's base color is dreamy alone and then with the gold shimmer and holo pieces it's really just something else! After doing these photos I applied a third coat and it darkened up to an even more lovely color, but still retained it's "squishiness".

Zoya Harper Swatch
Harper contains gold shimmer and iridescent holographic glitters in a bright pink jelly base. Here is 3 coats with top coat.
Zoya Harper Swatch
Harper is probably my top favorite of this collection! It's super girly and fun and sparkly and just amazing! If you are pink lover, Harper is definitely a must for you! And even if you aren't give it a shot because I'm not normally. :P
Zoya Harper Swatch
Zoya Jesy Swatch
Jesy is a fiery coral-orange jelly featuring gold shimmer and iridescent holographic glitters. For these swatches I used 3 coats with top coat.
Zoya Jesy Swatch
Fiery is a great description for the base color of Jesy because it is indeed fiery looking. :P It really glows when you move your nails around at different angles and overall reminds me of some citrus. :)
Zoya Jesy Swatch
Zoya Muse Swatch
Muse is described as a blue raspberry holographic fizz with a subtle vein of gold. All nails are 2 coats with top coat.
Zoya Muse Swatch
Zoya should have just named this "Mermaid Nails" because that's all I can think of when I see it. ;) The holographic pieces and shimmer sparkle through and look like when the sun hits the ocean.
Zoya Muse Swatch
Zoya Stassi Swatch
Stassi contains iridescent holographic glitters in a green jelly base with gold shimmer. These photos are 3 coats with top coat.
Zoya Stassi Swatch
In the bottle I thought Stassi would be too dark for me to really like, but I was pleasantly surprised that the gold shimmer really helped lighten it up. It's really lime-y looking on the nail and a green I can like. ;)
Zoya Stassi Swatch
My top picks from this collection would be....all of them! :P While Alma and Jesy aren't my favorite, because they don't work with my skin tone/I'm just not normally a orange or yellow fan, I still think they are really pretty and may work for you. :) Removal with all of these is really easy and they came off easily after pressing a cotton ball soaked with remover for a few seconds to each nail. Top coating these was easy with these too. They dry pretty smooth alone, but for added smooth and shine it only takes 1 coat of top coat. They are not top coat hungry at all. ;)

The Zoya Bubbly collection is available for preorder, shipping 5/14, through Zoya.com. Make sure to follow Zoya on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and their blog for information about new upcoming colors and deals.
