Today I have a quick post with a bottle of Orly Color Blast I picked up a few weeks ago at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I was really intrigued when I first saw them, but the price was a little bit of sticker shock so I only purchased one bottle.
Violet Blue has a navy base with duo-chrome shimmer. All nails are 2 coats with top coat.
I'm pretty sure this is the same, or very close, to Orly High on Hope. I don't own High on Hope, so I can't say for certain if it is or not. A lot of the polishes I noticed in this line do appear to be rebottled and renamed other Orly colors. For the price ($6.99), I would say you are better off purchasing from the regular Orly line. Even if Orly isn't available where you live, purchasing them online with shipping would still be a better deal. The formula was good and easy to work with, so at least it has that going for it! :P
