Lacquerhead Polish Oh Sheila and Razzleberry Reviews & Swatches

Finally it's Friday! I don't have much planned for the weekend, but I am hoping to catch up on swatches so I won't keep doing this darn late posts! :P My New Year's resoluton was to be better with time management and that's not going so well. >_< How about a few more Lacquerhead Polishes for today? :)

Oh Sheila is really hard to describe! It has a blurple like base with pink shimmer and fine holographic glitter. I used 2 coats with no top coat.
This polish is beautiful! I couldn't stop starring at my nails and moving them around to make the light hit them in certain ways. :P Hopefully others can relate to that out there! Formula was perfect because it dried quickly was shiny with no top coat.
Razzleberry has a clear base and various sizes of rapberry and orange glitter with fine holographic glitter. I used 1 coat over 2 coats of Oh Sheila and no top coat.
I figured why not add some glitter to already awesome base color! :P This polish does have some reflecting curling glitter, but I can assure you it is in fact not curling. I even went so far to take some creepy looking close up pictures to prove this. They probably don't weird everyone out, but they do me for whatever reason. :P Anyways, the colors in Razzleberry are very bright and fun and I love how they pop over Oh Sheila. At 1 coat I am super happy with the amount of glitter I was able to get and didn't have to fish for a single piece! :)

Find Lacquerhead Polish on etsy here. Currently her cuticle oils ship free with other items, so make sure to pick 1 or 2 up! ;) Like Lacquerhead Polish on Facebook here, to keep updated with new colors coming out and to find out when her holo top coat and other holo polishes will be stocked.

Illamasqua Viridian & Glitterati

After seeing all Atlcatsmeow and Manicure Addict's swatches of Illamasqua polish, I have been itching to buy some. On a recent trip to Sephora, I found this duo on sale for $19 and had a gift card, how could I not buy it! ;)

Viridian is described as a rich metallic peacock green shimmer. All nails are 1 coat with no top coat.
I love one coaters! And that is saying a lot if I was able to only use one coat because I normally do thinner coats. ;) The color is beautiful and I wish I had this polish in my stash when I swatched Lynnderella "His Heart Grew 2 Sizes That Day" because I think it would have made the perfect base color. Thanks to my friend Maggie, who runs the blog T8slady's Polish Party, I am officially a green lover now! :P
Glitterati has a deep raspberry jelly base and various sizes of multi-colored holographic glitters. I used 2 coats with top coat of Seche Vite.
After seeing Manicure Addict's swatches (post here) of this polish I knew I had to own this duo! Viridian was just an added bonus but Glitterati is the main reason. ;) It's absolutley stunning and I don't if there is more than I can say than that! :P

This set can be purchased online through Illamasqua here and Sephora here. You may also be able to find it in your local Sephora store like I did. Find Illamasqua on Facebook here and Twitter here.

Jindie Nails Tried & True Review & Swatches

Hi everyone! Today I have just one polish to show off that I didn't include in my last post of Jindie Nails' newer polishes. I seem to be owning a lot of white based "crelly" polishes lately, so I included a comparison of the ones I own from Jindie Nails at the end of this post.

Tried & True has a white crelly base with gray, silver, magenta, blue, purple, lavender and pink glitter. All nails are 3 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
Formula was problem free and I had no trouble getting any glitter out. The gray glitters mixed in really go well with the other colors and I love the square glitters! :)
Maybe you are like me and wondered how Tried & True compared to a few other white "crelly" based polish Jindie Nails makes. I decided to swatch them to show how they all do have their own difference and similarities. I used 3 coats of each polish with a top coat of Seche Vite.

Find Jindie Nails on Etsy shop here, it is currently closed so follow her on Facebook to stay updated, and Mei Mei's Signatures here. Make sure to follow Jindie Nails on Facebook here and Instagram here for new colors and future restock dates.

Silly Bee's Chickadees Mystery Mix Volume 1 and Orange You A Honeydew Cocktail Reviews & Swatches

Sorry for the late post! I got caught up in doing a lot of little things today and time slipped away. >_< Anyways, I have some more super cute polishes from Silly Bee's Chickadees today! Make sure to sure to follow her on Facebook because she has another amazing line called The Beverage Cart in the works and that's all I can say. ;)
P.S. I'm not sure how both of these polishes ended up with purple base colors, it just kinda happened that way! :P

Mystery Mix Volume 1 has a light gray base and little bit of everything glitter wise! All of Melissa's Mystery Mixes are created from "misfit" polishes that didn't come out just right, so each volume will be different and limited edition. All nails are 2 coats of Mystery Mix Volume 1 over 1 coat of Finger Paints Spun Sugar and a top coat of Seche Vite.
How fun is this polish! The very light base makes it easy to layer over any color without changing it much at all. No fishing what so ever required for this polish, that should be obvious. ;) It dried quickly and was only slightly bumpy feeling with no top coat.
I did want to show off this polish on it's own in case anyone was interested. I really like it at 3-4 coats personally because the base starts to become semi-opaque. :)
Orange You A Honeydew Cocktail has a clear base with matte orange hexes, yellow squares, pale green hexes, white hexes and fine red and green matte glitter. I used 1 coat of Orange You A Honeydew Cocktail over 2 coats of Essence Oh My Glitter! and a top coat of Seche Vite.
If you remember my last post (here) about Silly Bee's Chickadees polishes I talked about how Melissa's entire Fruit Basket Collection has a smoothie and cocktail version of each color. In that post I swatched the smoothie version of Orange You A Honeydew and here is the cocktail version! :) The formula gave me no problems and my only complaint is I am wanting to pig out on some fruit after swatching this! :P

Find Silly Bee's Chickadees on etsy here. She just added some really cute card sets to her store coordinating with her Fruit Basket Collection. Make sure to like Silly Bee's Chickadee's on Facebook here and check out her blog here

Lacquerhead Polish Bless Your Heart and Lexis Reviews & Swatches

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I have more wonderful polishes from Lacquerhead Polish today. Alishcia, the creator of Lacquerhead Polish, is working on some fun holos and I think she did a great job with Lexis! Her holographic topcoat Make Me Holo sold out quicker than I could get this posted, so make sure to snatch up anything you are interested in quickly! ;)

Bless Your Heart has a white base with pink and red hexes and red hearts. All nails are 3 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
I think I enjoy all holidays more now when there are fun themed polishes involved. :P This polish a lot of fun and even with 3 coats the glitter layers nicely with the base to give it a nice effect. Out of habit I gave this bottle a little shake before I started to apply it, I honestly don't think I needed to but I just did it without thinking. That being said, with a small shake I had no problem getting any of the hearts out and it dried quickly. It was a tad bumpy before top coat, Seche Vite fixed that with 1 coat though. :)
Lexis is a black holographic polish. All nails are 2 coats with no top coat.
If you own Glitter Gal's Black/3D Holo and were a bit disappointed with it not being as holographic on the nail as it is in the bottle, this polish is for you! As you can see in my photo below, Lacquerhead's Lexi has a much stronger holo and for the price of Lacquerhead's versus Glitter Gal it's a better deal in the long run. ;) Formula was problem free and I happy to have a great black holo in my collection now! :)
2 coats of each brand were used in the photo.

Lacquerhead Polish can be found on etsy here. Currently Lexis is not stocked yet, I believe it will be $10 for a full size bottle once added (don't quote me on that!) as will all her holographic polishes coming soon. Find Lacquerhead Polish on Facebook here. Currently there is a giveaway running on Facebook for a free bottle of Bless Your Heart and your choice of cuticle oil, be sure to enter!
