Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer Winter Collection 2013 Reviews & Swatches

Hi again everyone! I'm really behind with swatching. >_< The holidays crept up on me I swear! I have an awesome new collection from Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer to share today and if you hurry over to their Etsy store you can snag it on sale tonight! ;)

Magical Night of Lights features a mixture of colorful holographic glitters suspended in a very dark and deep blue, nearly black base. Shown is 2 coats with top coat.
My camera freaked out in the first photo as you can see! :P Too many sparkles! Which is never a bad thing I think. ;) As it reads in the description the base color does appear black, though is in fact a deep blue. I think the base color really allows it to show off all the glitters because it's not too dark, just dark enough. Formula was very easy to work with and it does remind me of Christmas lights in the night. :)
Ribbon Candy is white crelly polish loaded with pink, purple, blue, orange, red, and green hex, square, and micro-glitters, as well as a scattering of large pink dot glitters. All nails are 2 coats with top coat.
Looks good enough to eat in my opinion! ;) One thing great about this collection is even though they are winter polishes, you could wear them all year round with no problem! :) Formula was a little thicker, but still easy to work with and perfectly opaque in just 2 coats. :)
Spruce features a green base with tiny silver glitters with a holographic sheen in the sunlight. Here is 3 coats with top coat.
Anyone else think with a name and color like this, it should be spruce scented? :P Ok while that's probably not a good idea (not sure I would want to smell like a walking Christmas tree ;) ), this color is gorgeous! Perfect gift if you have any green lovers in your life. :D It is a little sheer, but it builds up nicely in 3 coats and dries quickly.
Sugar Plum is a bright purple jelly polish packed with purple, blue, red, orange, and copper hex, square, and micro glitters. These photos are 3 coats with top coat.

Another super yummy looking polish! :) The bright pops of blue and red are really awesome!   Of course I'm always a sucker for purples. :P Formula was perfect and no ned to fish out for a single glitter! :)
This collection is available now through Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer Etsy store! Place your order tonight before 11:59 PM EST and you can get 25% off all their polishes! That makes this set $10 for a mini set or $22 for a full size set and no code is needed! Follow Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer on Facebook and Instagram.

Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer Reviews & Swatches

Hi there everyone! I have a brand spanking new brand to share with you all today; Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer. They open up their online store today and have some great formulas and amazing colors to start off with! :D

Blue Moon contains red, blue and silver glitters in a deep blue jelly base. Shown is 3 coats with top coat.
This polish is so dreamy to look at! :) The red glitters add a nice pop of color against the blue and everything goes together perfectly. It was a tad sheerer than I was expecting, so for my last coat I was a little heavier handed with the coats than normal. Overall though, formula was easy to work with and I had no problems getting out any glitter or a problem with dry time. :)
Chilean Chocolate has a red-brown base color with a scattered holographic finish. All nails are 2 coats with top coat.
Warning: You cannot eat your nails with Chilean Chocolate on, even though you will want to! :P Really though, it looks good enough to eat! I've never seen a polish like this, the rich base color is just beautiful and everyone is a sucker for holos. ;) Formula was perfection, just like the color!
Lake Glass is a green jelly with gold, silver and blue glitters. For these photos I used 3 coats with top coat.
Yet again another gorgeous polish! I love the micro-sized glitters in this polish because they give it a really unique overall look and help to make it look like it's namesake. No complaints about the formula for this polish either! :)
Wicked has blue-brown base with blue, gold, silver and red glitters.  All nails are 3 coats with top coat.
The glitter in Wicked a little more sparse than the other 2 glitter polishes in this post. That's ok though, I know not everyone loves a ton of glitter and prefers the accented look. All of the colors add a nice pop to the base color, which is another unique color on it's own. :) Formula was just a tad thick, but very easy to work with and even though the glitter was spares, I still got a nice assortment on each nail. :)
Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer opens their shop today! Make sure to follow their Facebook page for more information! :)
