SuperChic Lacquer Where Dreams Are Born Collection Reviews & Swatches

Happy Saturday! :) I hope you guys are having a fun weekend thus far! I'm still swatching, editing and getting other posts ready to go. :P Luckily (?) we are supposed to have a lot of rainy weather this weekend so I won't be missing too much fun hanging outside. ;)

Today I have another new collection from SuperChic Lacquer, this one being based on Peter Pan! :) Similar to my last SuperChic Lacquer post, the bottles in this post were only for bloggers and if you purchase these from Wonder Beauty's Etsy store they will come in their unique bottle shape offered in the past. :)

For all of my photos I used 3 coats with top coat. Some of the darker colors probably only needed 2 coats, but I did 3 just for good measure. :P All the formulas were great and I had no problem with the consistency, dry time or getting any glitter out. Basically they were all dreamy as far as formula and application! :P

Chasing Shadows has a gray crelly base with blue-purple and silver glitters and a teal-purple shimmer.

Clap Loud For Fairies contains blue-green and purple glitters and iridescent shimmer in a purple crelly base.

I Can Fly is described as a magical blue crelly polish with strong glitters and iridescent shimmer effects.

Never Grow Up has grass-green crelly base with a mixture of gold glitters, iridescent shreds and blue shimmer. 

Second Star To The Right contains hot pink glitter, fuchsia glitters and iridescent shimmer in a navy blue crelly base.

Thimble Kisses has a raspberry-pink crelly base with a mixture of orange, fuchsia and iridescent glitters.

Tink Happy Thoughts is described as a magical fairy pink crelly polish with flashes of blue and green glitters and iridescent shimmer.

Wendybird is a bluebird-blue crelly polish with purple, lavender and blue glitters and iridescent shimmer.

SuperChic Lacquer Hero Collection and Day Tripper Collection Reviews & Swatches

Back again! :)  I definitely hit the ground running with swatching after taking a break! I've swatched somewhere around 50 polishes, not counting any nail art, this week alone. So except more swatches over the next few days, including another new collection from SuperChic Lacquer! 

These two new collections from SuperChic Lacquer are Gloss48 exclusives. Instead of listing them in alphabetical order like I normally do, I paired them together on how they are being sold (in duos). As always the formula of all of them were great and you won't be disappointed with them! 

You may notice these bottles aren't the normal for SuperChic Lacquer. Have no fear though, these were only for bloggers and if you purchase any of these from Gloss48 they will come in their normal, unique bottle shape SuperChic has offered in the past. ;)

Bulletproof Betty has a light gray base with blue to purple shifting shimmer. Here is 3 coats with top coat.

Gauntlet Girl has a pink to purple shifting shimmer in a darker gray base. Shown is 3 coats with top coat.

Sunday Driver is a sage green with a blue shimmer. All nails are 3 coats with top coat

White Water Rush has a white crelly base with small blue iridescent flakies. I used 3 coats with top coat for these photos.

Pocket Full of Posies is a bright pink base with pink and gold shimmer. Shown is 3 coats with top coat

Kissed By the Sun has a pastel lemon yellow with blue and pink shimmer. All nails are 3 coats with top coat.

Hot Springs Dipping Hole has a sky blue base with pink flakies shimmer. Here is 2 coats with top coat.

Basking in the Sand is a nude crelly with blue and pink iridescent flakies. These photos show 3 coats with top coat. 

These are 2 quick nail art ideas I came up using the Day Tripper Collection. Not sure what to call the first? I used french tip guides at an angle over 3 coats of Basking in the Sand and, with the exception of White Water Rush, added 2 coats of each of the colors from the collection.

For this mani I used a base of 3 coats of White Water Rush, then used striping tape to mark off blocks and added Kissed by the Sun, Hot Springs Dipping Hole, Sunday Driver and Pocket Full of Posies. :)
