Different Dimension Bazinga! and Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock Reviews & Swatches

Now that I've had some time to rest, here is my remaining The Big Bang Theory polishes from Different Dimension! ;)

Different Dimension Bazinga! has a yellow jelly base with different sized yellow and red hexes, as well as little red and yellow glitters. I used 2 coats of China Glaze Dress Me Up with 2 coats of Bazinga! on top, as well as a top coat of Seche Vite. 

Sounding like a broken record, I had no troubles with the formula. The larger glitters were very easy to get out had no problem getting on my brush without "fishing" for them. The color is another lovely fall color, I think I should have chosen a little lighter base coat to make the jelly base shine through though.

Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock is a light blue jelly base with smaller white glitter, white, light blue, gray, and light green hexes throughout. All nails are 3 coats over 2 coats Wet n Wild French White with no top coat.

Perfect formula, but of course! It was pretty smooth with no top coat, so I skipped it. I LOVE this color! All of the glitters go perfectly with the jelly blue base and it's simply beautiful! It does give off a "lizardy"/alien feel. I'm not sure if Spock could be called an alien, but in my head he is. ;) Edit to add: Missi, the creator of Different Dimension, pointed out each color glitter represents something in the name. Blue being the color of Spock's shirt, green for lizard, white for paper and gray for rock. Brilliant!

Different Dimension Penny and Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty Reviews & Swatches

Hope everyone had a great weekend, mine was unexciting to due to the stormy weather here. The rain brought in some cold weather, currently it's in the 30's here! Being a true Floridian, I'm really not used to the cold weather, but I'm hoping it means I will see snow, for the first time in my life, soon! Anyways, I will be doing 2 posts today, one now and then one a little later, continuing with my Different Dimension swatches. Both posts will be in the The Big Bang Theory group. I split the posts up mainly because the names would all together would have created the longest post title ever! :P Also, my son has developed a lovely sleeping pattern keeping me up late and I have only had time to swatch 2 of the polishes thus far.

Penny has a coppery base with copper and brown glitter and copper and brown hexes. All nails are 3 coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.

Of course the formula gave me no trouble, like all the other Different Dimension polishes I have swatched. ;) No fishing for glitter and a quick dry time. The copper glitters are pesky glitters that have reflective curling look to them, but are not in fact curling. The color of Penny reminds me of a penny, surprise! It's beautiful and sparkles in the sun just like a new shiny penny.

Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty is described a creamy grey jelly base with tons of different sized white hex glitter, silver holographic glitter and grey glitter in different sizes. I used 3 coats with no top coat.

Formula was perfect; no fishing for glitter, dried quickly and was pretty smooth without a top coat. It is jammed packed with glitter, as you can see I got plenty of glitter on my nails. The color of Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty is really unique and combines a lot of things I love: a jelly base, glitters and gray. If only I had a fun water decal of a cat dressed in a sweater, I would be set! :P And I just noticed this, but there is a Pac-Man glitter on my ring finger! Haha I previously had one on my Jindie Nails Just Elfing Around nails (post here), he seems to haunting me! :P

Different Dimension Social Suicide, Space Camp and Sparkles Like Edward Reviews & Swatches

I probably could blame my "sickness brain" on grouping these 3 polishes together wrong, but I'll be honest and say I grouped them together before I got sick. :P I thought Space Camp was labeled Space Jam when I first saw it. So I put it with Social Suicide and Sparkles Like Edward for a movie "group". Hopefully, I have some older readers who have seen the movie Space Jam! :P Nevertheless, here are some more great polishes from Different Dimension!

Different Dimension Social Suicide is a mix of black and white glitters. All nails are 1 coat of Social Suicide over 2 coats of Sephora + Pantone Universe Tangerine Tango Creme(post here).I used no top or base coat.

This polish is jammed packed with glitter! For a few nails I had to brush off some glitter and try not to get so much on my nails! :P Formula was great like always; dried quickly and had the perfect consistency. It had a "gritty" feel with no top coat, but was shiny none the less. This polish is perfect if you are looking for a black and white glitter polish with no bar glitter. ;)

Space Camp has a slight silver jelly base with lots of silver holo glitter and silver holo hexes. All nails are one coat of Space Camp over 2 coats of Chirality Polish Katydid (post here). I used a top coat of Seche Vite and no base coat.

I did have to "fish" for some of the larger hex glitters in Space Camp but it was no trouble at all. It dried quickly and even though it dried with only a small "bumpy" feel, I used a top coat to make it even shinier. The glitters are a lot of fun to add a spark to any polish!

Sparkles Like Edward is listed as a white jelly duochrome with several different colors of holographic glitters. I used 2 coats of Sparkles Like Edward with no base coat and a top coat of Seche Vite.

This polish is GORGEOUS! Even if you aren't fan of the Twilight movies, this polish is a must have! I couldn't stop staring at my nails when I wore this polish. As always, the formula was great and even being packed full of amazingness it was just the right consistency. It dried with an average dry time and was pretty smooth before I applied a top coat. I think this a must have for everyone!

Different Dimension Candied Corn, Maize & Blue and Rake, Crunch, JUMP! Reviews & Swatches

I'm still not feeling well, though better than yesterday. :) The group of polishes I named this set from Different Dimension was the "random" group. I will be replying to messages and comments right after I put this up; so if you haven't heard from me, you will shortly! ♥

Different Dimension Candied Corn is a glow in the dark polish with various sizes of white hexes, orange hexes and iridescent color shifting glitters. I started with 2 coats of Chirality Polish Bloodshot (post here) and added 2 coats of Candied Corn. No top or base coat was used. 

As you can see this polish does glow! I held my hand up to a light for a few minutes to speed up the process and it's glowed for a little while. The formula was the perfect consistency, though I did have to fish for a few of the larger hexes. I could have gotten away with one coat of this polish but I wanted more glow power! :P  It dried quickly and without a top coat had a slight gritty feeling.

Maize & Blue has a jelly blue base with different sized yellow hexes in it. The color is based off of University of Michigan colors, if any readers are fan! All nails are 3 thin coats with no base or top coat. 

Even with 3 coats, Maize & Blue dried quickly and I had zero problems with the formula's consistency. I didn't need a top coat because it dried smooth to the touch and as you can see had no problem getting glitter out! This polish reminds me of another polish I have been lemming for awhile, so I will definitely  be picking up a full size! :)

Rake, Crunch, JUMP! is  listed as "a great fall layering polish, packed full of neutral colored glitters that remind me of the leaf piles I would rake up, crunch & jump into as a child!' I don't think I could agree with the polish description more! :P I went a little crazy with different combos of this polish, this photo is 1 coat of Rake, Crunch, JUMP! over Different Dimension Warm Fuzzies (post here)

Since I mentioned I did a little too many combinations with this polish, I'll go ahead a write about the formula now and then you can read on for more pictures. ;) The formula was perfect; no problem with "fishing" out glitters, it dried quickly and had only a small "bumpy" feeling with no top coat. This photo is the same combination as the one above except matted with Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love.

All nails are 1 coat of Rake, Crunch, JUMP! over Different Dimension I Will Follow You Into The Dark (post here) with Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love. I think this photo shows that even with one coat, this polish contains a lot of glitter! ;)

Last one I swear! I used again 1 coat of Rake, Crunch, JUMP! over Different Dimension Walk Of Shame (post here) and matted it with Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love. The glitter in Rake, Crunch, JUMP! does have a few glitters that appear to be curling but they are only reflective curling glitter, so have no fear!

Different Dimension I Will Follow You Into The Dark, Walk Of Shame and Warm Fuzzies Reviews & Swatches

I will apologize in advance this post is a little short, I am still under the weather and my son is as well. He doesn't slow down like I do, when he is sick though! :P I know I need to catch up on replying to comments, email and messages; I will get to them, just not as quick as I normally do. Different Dimension sent me quite a few polishes to review and you can expect to see the others over the next few days. I decided to group the polishes together and the first batch are what I call "cremes with a twist". ;)

I Will Follow You Into The Dark is a dark steel gray chrome polish. All nails are 2 coats with not top or base coat.

Formula of I Will Follow You Into The Dark was great! It was the perfect consistency and had an average dry time.  I loved that it was nice and shiny without needing a top coat. The fall season has made me fall in love more with "warmer" colors and I think I Will Follow You Into The Dark fits in perfectly with my new found love! This polish is also special to me because of the name. :) The song "I Will Follow You Into The Dark" by Death Cab For Cutie was supposed to be my husband and I's "wedding song" (we got married at the courthouse so it wasn't a huge wedding by any means!). My son decided to make it "I Am The Walrus", so even though it wasn't REALLY our song it is in my mind! :P

Warm Fuzzies is a  is a chocolate brown holographic. I used 2 coats with no base or top coat.

Warm Fuzzies was again perfect; it dried quickly and the formula had no problems. I love seeing more holographic polishes pop up and a chocolate brown is perfect for the fall season! :)

Walk Of Shame is described as a burgundy polish with flecks of gold. All nails are 2 coats with no top or base coat.

This polish had again another great formula; it dried quickly and needed no top coat. The gold flecks were a little hard for my camera to pick up completely, so I included a close up shot below. :)

I love that Different Dimension offers not just glitters but some fun creme polishes as well! Walk Of Shame is gorgeous and you will not be "shamed" if you buy it! :P
